Throughout the construction phase, they were prompt, consistently working from 8a - 5p Monday through Friday. They cleaned up the worksite daily and worked with us any time we had an idea for a change in design layout or lighting.
Prior to selecting Deck Heads for the job, I acquired numerous other bids and weighed a multitude of factors in my selection. Licensed and insured. Experienced in deck building. TrexPro Installer. Attention to detail. Price. Communication. Other bidders failed by not providing clear details on costs i.e. materials vs. labor, lack of wanting to accommodate what we wanted or simply marking up the bid for labor astronomically.
The final product was perfection and we could not be more pleased with how it turned out. They took a 30 year old deck and transformed it into something that we’re no longer embarrassed by and it will likely outlive us before needing attention again. When I say perfection, I mean straight edges, perfect corners and board spacing, and most important of all, it’s level throughout and truly a work of art. 5 stars all the way!

My wife and I could not be happier that Beatty / Deck Heads built our new deck. It was an absolute pleasure working with them from start to finish.
Our old deck needed to be replaced, but we didn’t want to simply rebuild the same structure. We started with a rough sketch, which they helped turn into detailed plans—and ultimately into a beautiful reality.
They were professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or upgrade their deck.

It was great working with Deck Heads, they were prompt and completed the job within the time frame they predicted. Our job was larger. There were a few hurdles to get over, but the situation was explained excellently and we came up with a quick solution to stay on time and in budget. I had a few ideas and they helped me determine why some would and would not work. Some of them were implemented like some skylight roofing built in. I did 3 quotes and Deck Heads was a superior offer to the others. I would and have recommend them to others!
